Clinton Joint Wetlands Application

Noble Environmental is committed to openness and transparency. The files below comprise the "Joint Wetlands Application" for the Noble Clinton Windpark, which has been submitted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). This report documents the boundaries of wetlands in the windpark site, and provides a description of the wetlands potentially impacted by the windpark.   Note: We have done our best to keep file sizes small, but due to the length of some sections, large file sizes are unavoidable.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
