• Performs necessary warranty and scheduled service work at Noble Environmental Power's windparks in accordance with the turbine supplier specifications; work is directed at achieving
  the project specified turbine performance and availability

• Assists site leader/Lead Technician and group director with identifying and reporting existing
  and anticipated problems

• Provides expert repairs and diagnosis of turbine operations problems

• Follows the manufacturer’s supplied service and maintenance manuals to ensure quality workmanship

• Works to improve skill level by attending sponsored training sessions

• Works to the expectations of our service responsibilities and consistently improves operational performance

• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Experience/Skills:
  • Mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to perform service tasks outlined in the service manuals 
  • Must have experience working with hand tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees and management 
  • Ability to read power meters and diagnose electrical problems a plus
  • Ability to work at elevated work spaces and climb a 300 foot tower ladder 
  • Ability to periodically lift items weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Strong written, verbal, problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to other sites to solve problems and assist with new
    turbine erections
  • Ability to use a PC is a must
