C. Kay Mann | President and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Mann has more than 25 years’ experience in the domestic and international power, oil and gas, and construction industries, including involvement in all phases of power project development and operation. Ms. Mann has been in her current role since 2010, having joined Noble in 2008 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
Ms. Mann first became involved in the wind industry in 2002 while working as Senior Counsel for the General Electric Company, where she was involved in various aspects of the power generation and oil and gas businesses. Prior to joining GE, Ms. Mann served as Assistant General Counsel at Enron Corporation, where she was involved in thermal power plant development, power sales, trading and international engineering and construction businesses. Prior to working at Enron, Ms. Mann served as General Counsel at Technip USA, an engineering and construction company, and was a partner in Hays, McConn, Rice and Pickering. Ms. Mann holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Houston.
Jeffrey M. Nelson | Vice President and General Manager, Operating Projects
Mr. Nelson has more than 23 years of management, operation, finance, asset management and development experience in the energy industry, in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Nelson started at Noble in 2005 and currently heads up the Noble Wind Operations team. He started out in the finance group and participated in a number of debt and equity financings, then headed up the portfolio management group.
Prior to joining Noble Mr. Nelson was involved in asset and operations management at various energy projects consisting of wind, hydro, gas, and biomass for Noresco and KENETECH Corporation. At NORESCO he was on the team that developed the first private power project in Panama. He also managed various projects in Jamaica, Costa Rica and the United States. Mr. Nelson is a former U.S. Navy Submarine Officer. He holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from Villanova University. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Dick Augustine | Vice President, Finance and Accounting
Dick Augustine has over 25 years of experience in the financial and operational management of private and public organizations. His experience includes the development, implementation and operation of managerial reporting, accounting, and treasury systems, the management of credit agreements and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has been responsible for the restructuring of various financing agreements and organizational restructurings. Prior to joining Noble, he was the CFO for Biogas Energy Solutions, LLC, a developer, owner and operator of landfill gas to energy facilities and was the Chief Accounting Officer for US Energy Systems, Inc., a publically held energy investment firm with holdings in the renewable energy and natural gas industries. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for Biogas Energy Solutions, LLC and an advisor to the board for US Energy Systems, Inc. Mr. Augustine earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and his Bachelor Degree in Economics and Accounting from College of the Holy Cross.
Pamela Sutton-Hall | Vice President, Portfolio Management and Treasury
Ms. Sutton-Hall currently runs the portfolio management, treasury, cash management functions. She first worked at Noble in 2008 and has served as a consultant, and as Vice President, Finance. She has been in the power and energy sector since 2002 when she joined American Electric Power as Managing Director, Corporate Finance. She is experienced in a wide variety of corporate finance and treasury functions, including cash forecasting, budgeting, public and private securities issuance, investing and compliance. Pamela was a former corporate attorney with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. She is a Certified Treasury Professional, and holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a B.A. from Amherst College, magna cum laude.
Harry Silton | Vice President, Energy Markets
Mr. Silton provides commercial oversight to the operating projects including overseeing the daily energy bidding & scheduling practices, energy operations, NY ICAP sales, ISO relations, energy risk management and overall commercial revenue strategy. He is responsible for negotiating and executing bilateral transactions for the sale of Energy and RECs from all seven projects, structuring any material transactions entered into by the projects, power and gas pricing analysis, providing market intelligence, and leading origination efforts. Before joining Noble, Mr. Silton worked as an Assistant Vice President on the Energy Trading & Marketing desk at Credit Suisse. Mr. Silton earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University and a Master of Science degree in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also holds his NASD Series 7 & 63 Licenses.
