C. Kay Mann | President and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Mann is also a member of the Management Committee.
She has more than 20 years’ legal experience in corporate matters, energy, oil and gas, and construction industries and has advised energy companies at all phases of project development and operation. Ms. Mann is experienced in virtually all aspects of international business and commercial law, including: compliance; transactions; corporate governance; risk identification and policy development; legal resource evaluation; management, labor and employment; and litigation. Prior to joining GE in 2002, she served as Assistant General Counsel at Enron Wholesale Services and Senior Counsel at Enron Engineering. Ms. Mann also served as General Counsel at Technip USA.

Neil Dyment | Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dyment is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including the financial reporting, financial planning, cash management, information technology, procurement, tax planning and tax compliance. He brings more than 30 years of finance, accounting, and operations expertise. Mr. Dyment comes to Noble from La Petite Academy, where served as Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining La Petite, Mr. Dyment was employed by Argus Management Corporation, which provides financial consulting and interim management services. Other career highlights include managing CHEMFAB Corporation’s largest manufacturing plant and serving as CHEMFAB Corporation’s Corporate Controller. Mr. Dyment holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Michael J. Palmieri | Sr. Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Palmieri
is responsible for overseeing Noble’s legal department and advising senior management on risk identification and mitigation. He also serves as secretary for Noble and all of its subsidiaries. Mr. Palmieri has more than 15 years’ legal experience in corporate and transactional matters. Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Palmieri served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of a publicly traded software development company. Mr. Palmieri was previously engaged in private practice, where he represented public and private companies on a wide variety of corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Palmieri holds a BA in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the Duke University School of Law.

John Bahouth | Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Bahouth is responsible for Human Resource operations including employee relations, recruiting, and professional development. He comes to Noble with more than twenty years of progressive human resource experience with engineering driven organizations. Most recently, Mr. Bahouth was employed atHubbell Power Systems in Columbia, SC, where he served as Vice President, Human Resources. His responsibilities included key roles in the acquisition of several related businesses and the development of the company’s global footprint. Prior to joining Hubbell, Mr. Bahouth was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communication for Thomson – DBM, a premier outplacement and coaching provider. In addition to the above, Mr. Bahouth has held senior positions with ABB – Alstom, KENETECH, and United Technologies Corp. Mr. Bahouth is a graduate of Syracuse University, earned an MBA from the University of New Haven, and is an alum of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Peter Capitelli | Vice President, Project Finance
Mr. Capitelli is responsible for arranging limited and non-recourse debt and equity financings for Noble’s construction and turbine acquisition needs. He has more than 20 years of experience in developing and financing a variety of projects in various industries, both in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining Noble in 2006, Mr. Capitelli spent 17 years in banking, focusing on project finance, leasing and M&A transactions. Previous development experience includes three years at TXU/Enserch Development. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA from Fordham University, with a concentration in Finance.

Timothy R. McNeil | Vice President, Operations
Mr. McNeil is responsible for organizing, recruiting, hiring, training and managing Noble’s North American Operations and Maintenance team. He is also responsible for the management of Noble 24 hour National Operations Center. Mr. McNeil, a former Plant Manager of Wind Operations at FPL Energy, Inc. and one-time Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Teksid Aluminum Foundry, has more than 5 years’ experience in day-to-day wind plant operations, with emphasis on OSHA, EPA and Sarbanes Oxley compliance; overseeing budgets, policies and procedures, governmental regulations and deliverable metrics; and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to his current role, Mr. McNeil served as Director of Operations at Noble for more than 4 years. Mr. McNeil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and an Executive MBA from Warren National University.

Jeffrey M. Nelson | Vice President and General Manager, Operating Projects
Mr. Nelson has more than 17 years of management, operation, asset management and development experience in the energy industry, in the U.S. and internationally. Renewable energy projects include the implementation of a wind plant in West Texas and a wood-fired plant in upstate New York for KENETECH Corporation. He has participated in numerous dept and equity financings and was a member of the NORESCO team that developed the first private power project in Panama. Mr. Nelson is a former U.S. Navy Submarine Officer. He holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from Villanova University. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer.

David Rogers | Vice President, Origination
Mr. Rogers is responsible for identifying and executing power sales transactions for Noble’s wind generation facilities. He brings more than twenty years of wholesale energy experience to Noble. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Origination at Third Planet Windpower, where he provided commercial oversight for development activities in Texas (ERCOT and SPP), Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Wyoming and California. In 2002, Mr. Rogers established Wires-Pipes, Inc., an energy services consulting firm, with a market focus on the Natural Gas and Power Generation sectors, providing commercial options for producers, processors, pipelines, generators, merchants and investors desiring to optimize their asset and contract portfolios. He has also worked for ConocoPhillips, an oil and gas producer; Tenneco/El Paso, a pipeline; as well as Dynegy, El Paso, Sequent, an energy merchant. Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he earned an MBA and a BS in Management.
